Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Vendor Analyst to support the Vendor Management Program by ensuring policy compliance, maintaining vendor records, conducting due diligence, and monitoring performance. This role serves as a liaison between internal stakeholders and vendors to drive oversight and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities include administering the vendor contract repository, developing dashboards, and coordinating onboarding and renewals with business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Reading and interpreting vendor contracts, SLAs and KPIs.
• Experience in vendor management, procurement or third-party risk management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Vendor Management policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and administer vendor contract repository and related records.
• Develop and distribute vendor management dashboards, reports, and metrics.
• Conduct vendor due diligence reviews, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal partners to onboard, renew, and oversee vendors.
