Job summary

TRG is seeking a Managed Logistics Associate in Westlake, OH to control costs, drive service excellence, and reduce risk across the repair lifecycle by coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

You will liaison between sales/ops and service vendors, prioritize outsourced repairs, reference manufacturer warranties, coordinate with shipping/receiving, and maintain a clean, organized work area while communicating needs promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, or related setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Politeness, confidence, tact, patience, and diplomacy while dealing with complex problems.
• Ability to learn basic troubleshooting techniques for handheld devices and some mechanical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between TRG sales/operations teams and external service vendors.
• Oversees services on devices that do not get repaired, configured, or serviced internally.
• Responsible for prioritizing outsourced repairs based on several factors.
• Cross references repairs with manufacturer warranty information.
• Works with both shipping and receiving for outsourced/managed logistics devices.
• Monitors incoming/outgoing workflows and communicates labor/equipment needs as necessary.
• Maintain an organized and cleanly work environment.
• Timely communication with vendors and colleagues.
• Employee may be asked to complete related duties other than those indicated above as assigned by their supervisor.
