Job summary

TRG is seeking a Managed Logistics Associate in Westlake, OH to control costs, drive service excellence, and reduce risk across the repair lifecycle by coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

You will liaison between sales/ops and service vendors, prioritize outsourced repairs, reference manufacturer warranties, coordinate with shipping/receiving, and maintain a clean, organized work area while communicating needs promptly.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, or related setting preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Politeness, confidence, tact, patience, and diplomacy while dealing with complex problems.
  • Ability to learn basic troubleshooting techniques for handheld devices and some mechanical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take and pass a background check.
