Job summary

TRG in Westlake, OH is seeking a Receiving Lead to oversee day-to-day receiving for payment terminals and related inventory. You will supervise Receiving Associates, coordinate workload, and ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and put-away in the ERP/WMS system.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in receiving or warehouse operations
• Experience leading a warehouse or receiving team
• Strong attention to detail for inventory accuracy
• Experience using warehouse management systems or ERP
• Ability to read and interpret purchase orders and shipping documents
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift and move packages safely

Responsibilities

• Lead daily receiving activities: unloading, counting, inspecting, labeling, processing shipments
• Verify shipments against POs, packing slips, ASNs, and docs
• Ensure products are identified and entered in the inventory system
• Maintain records for serials, model numbers, lots, and product data
• Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies; disposition non-conformities
• Train staff on procedures, safety, and company policies; coach as needed
• Coordinate with Inventory Control, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics teams
• Maintain clean, safe receiving area and ensure proper storage/put-away
