Job summary

The Facilities Group is seeking a Vendor Governance Manager to lead the strategy, onboarding, and governance of our nationwide ISP network. The role focuses on building scalable processes, driving compliance, and mitigating risk across multiple brands from our Tampa office.

The position is hybrid, based in Tampa, FL, and reports to senior leadership. Ideal candidates will bring extensive experience in vendor lifecycle, policy development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5–7 years in vendor management, compliance, onboarding, or related ops functions.
• 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, project leadership, or program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor governance functions: onboarding, compliance monitoring, insurance verification, documentation management, and contract administration.
• Manage ISP onboarding program across all TFG brands with consistency and compliance.
• Develop, implement, and improve vendor governance policies, procedures, controls, and best practices.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce burden, and strengthen controls.
• Establish and maintain vendor compliance frameworks to mitigate risk.
• Ensure vendor insurance, licensing, and contractual requirements remain current and compliant.
• Prepare executive-level reporting on vendor risk, trends, and program effectiveness.
