Job summary

The Facilities Group leads a nationwide vendor governance program from its Tampa, FL office, focusing on onboarding, compliance, and contract administration. The role drives scalable processes, insurance verification, and risk mitigation across all brands.

We seek a proactive leader with 5–7 years in vendor management and strong Excel/Office skills. Hybrid work in Tampa enables collaboration with Legal, Operations, and Risk teams to elevate governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5-7 years in vendor management, compliance, onboarding, procurement, risk management, or related functions.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership, supervisory, project leadership, or program management experience.
• Experience supporting a multi-brand, multi-location, or nationwide service organization.
• Experience in janitorial, facilities management, maintenance, field services, franchising, or outsourced services.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, insurance compliance, vendor lifecycle management, and risk mitigation practices.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency; reporting, analysis, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, administration, and improvement of the vendor governance program across a nationwide network of ISPs.
• Oversee onboarding, compliance monitoring, insurance verification, documentation management, and contract administration.
• Develop scalable processes and drive vendor compliance initiatives across all brands.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
• Establish vendor compliance frameworks to mitigate risk across operations and finance.
• Ensure vendor insurance, licensing, certifications, and contractual requirements remain current.
• Serve as escalation point for complex vendor issues and corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance performance and develop KPIs and dashboards for decision making.
• Collaborate with Legal, Operations, Vendor Relations, Client Success, Risk Management, and leadership.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Operations, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
