Job summary

The Facilities Group in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Vendor Governance Manager to lead onboarding, compliance, and governance for a nationwide ISP network. You will drive program development, risk controls, and reporting, collaborating with Legal, Operations, and senior leadership.

You will manage the vendor lifecycle, ensure insurance/licensing compliance, design dashboards, and mentor coordinators in a fast-growing, multi-brand environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Operations, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 5-7 years in vendor management, compliance, contract administration, onboarding, procurement, risk management, or related operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership, supervisory, project leadership, or program management experience.
• Experience supporting a multi-brand, multi-location, or nationwide service organization.
• Experience within janitorial, facilities management, maintenance, field services, franchising, or outsourced services industries.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, insurance compliance, vendor lifecycle management, and risk mitigation practices.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency, including reporting, analysis, and dashboard creation.
• Experience working with CRM, vendor management, compliance, contract lifecycle management, or workflow automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of the vendor governance program across a nationwide network of ISPs.
• Oversee onboarding, compliance monitoring, insurance verification, documentation management, and contract administration.
• Develop, implement, and improve vendor governance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen compliance controls.
• Monitor vendor compliance performance and develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports.
• Lead internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Operations, Vendor Relations, Client Success, Risk, and leadership to address compliance concerns and take corrective actions.
• Oversee vendor documentation systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop training materials and operating procedures for vendor governance processes.
• Support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, integrations, and expansion efforts.
