Job summary

ABB is seeking a skilled Sales Operations Associate in the United States to support onboarding, case management, and portal administration. You will coordinate with Front End Sales, risk/compliance, and IT to ensure timely, accurate onboarding across multiple procurement platforms.

You will leverage experience in sales processes and strong communication to resolve issues, maintain supplier profiles, and support client-facing discussions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years in a similar Sales role.
• Good understanding of sales operations in electrification services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with negotiation ability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end case management and coordinate requests across internal teams.
• Manage vendor onboarding and portal setup across client platforms.
• Ensure accurate corporate structure and ownership information for client communications.
• Monitor shared inboxes and assist with portal administration tasks and notifications.
• Provide client-facing support and assist Front End Sales during calls and updates.
