Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking a Vendor Enablement Specialist in the United States to coordinate onboarding, portal registration, and supplier registration across multiple client platforms.

You will work with Front End Sales, Accounting, and Compliance to ensure accurate, compliant supplier data and efficient transaction flow. The role emphasizes case management, platform administration, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain revenue continuity and seamless client experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar Sales role.
• Good understanding of sales operations in electrification services.
• Effective communication & interpersonal skills with great negotiation and influencing skills.
• High School Diploma/GED + Bachelor's degree OR equivalent years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end case management coordinating requests via Salesforce and inbox channels.
• Manage supplier onboarding across client procurement platforms and serve as Super User.
• Apply ABB corporate structure knowledge to distinguish client inquiries and ensure compliance.
• Monitor shared inboxes, portal notifications, and purchase order routing.
• Receive and resolve client inquiries via ELSE-Advisory Support Line.
• Maintain accurate supplier presence across procurement systems for compliance.
• Manage user access and ensure continuity during org changes.
• Identify and resolve access errors and routing issues impacting workflows.
• Coordinate insurance certificates and compliance documentation for client portals.
• Collaborate across divisions to resolve platform conflicts and improve processes.
• Execute policy acknowledgements and route documents requiring legal review.
• Provide client-facing communication and support to Front End Sales on onboarding.
