Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking a Vendor Enablement Specialist in the United States to coordinate supplier onboarding, manage registrations, and support Front End Sales.

You will navigate multiple procurement platforms, maintain accurate supplier data, and ensure compliant, efficient onboarding across client portals. You will work with Sales, Accounting, Compliance, HSE, Risk, and Legal teams to resolve issues, manage access, and drive timely responses, contributing to revenue continuity and process

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar Sales role.
• Good understanding of sales operations in electrification services.
• Effective communication & interpersonal skills with great negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Case Management & Workflow Ownership: Owns end-to-end case management, coordinating requests via Salesforce and shared inboxes.
• Vendor Onboarding & Portal Registration: Manages vendor onboarding, forms, surveys, and portal setup across client platforms; acts as Super User.
• Client-Facing Communication & Sales Support: Provides professional client-facing updates and supports Front End Sales on onboarding and platform matters.
• Documentation, Audit Readiness & Process Standardization: Maintains vendor registration docs for audit readiness and scalable processes.
