Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking a Vendor Enablement Specialist in the United States to coordinate onboarding, portal setup, and supplier communications.

You will manage case workflows, registrations across multiple client platforms, and ensure accurate representation of ABB’s corporate structure while maintaining compliance. You will work with Front End Sales, Accounting, Contracts, and Risk Management to resolve issues, support revenue continuity, and drive process improvements across ABB’s procurement

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar Sales role.
• Effective communication & interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of sales operations in electrification services.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end case management and coordinate requests across teams through portals and email
• Manage supplier onboarding, vendor registration forms, and portal setup across client platforms
• Distinguish ABB's corporate structure accurately in client communications
• Monitor shared inboxes, portal notifications, and PO routing
• Receive and resolve client inquiries via ELSE-Advisory Support Line
• Maintain supplier presence across client procurement systems and ensure compliance
• Manage user access across platforms and support cross-divisional collaboration
• Coordinate with Risk Management to obtain insurance certificates and compliance docs
• Support sales on client calls to align onboarding and platform matters
• Document, audit, and standardize processes for scalability
