Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years in market data administration or vendor management in financial services.
• Hands-on experience with Optimize Spend (FITS).
• Proficient in Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain market data inventory, subscriptions, users, services, and entitlements; ensure governance.
• Process market data adds/changes/transfers; maintain audit trails.
• Review and reconcile vendor invoices; coordinate with Finance and stakeholders.
• Support accruals, spend reporting, and budget tracking.
• Reconcile entitlement reports; identify optimization opportunities.
• Produce operational metrics related to inventory, spending, and vendor activity.
• Assist contract renewals by validating inventory, usage, and billing.
