• Service-driven with a track record of supporting stakeholders efficiently and professionally.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Demonstrates AI fluency by leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, research, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day external research, exchange, and data product oversight and vendor relationships.
• Facilitate vendor onboarding and contract lifecycle processes within Research Services.
• Serve as the primary Research Services contact for designated investment teams and anticipate research needs.
• Organize vendor trainings and internal enablement sessions.
• Evaluate vendor usage and entitlement reporting to identify trends and opportunities.
• Maintain Research Services content on internal platforms with service descriptions and intranet updates.
• Support ad hoc initiatives related to research, data sourcing, licensing, and process improvements.
