Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain market data inventory, subscriptions, users, services, and entitlements; ensure governance.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the firm's data and research portfolio, with primary ownership of inventory management and invoice processing across a global vendor base.Working closely with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders, the successful candidate will ensure data and research assets are accurately maintained, vendor invoices are processed efficiently, and operational data supports effective financial controls and decision-making.This position is ideal for an organized, analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced investment management environment and has hands-on experience with Optimize Spend (FITS).**Responsibilities*** Maintain the firm's data and research inventory, ensuring the accuracy of subscriptions, users, services, and entitlements within Optimize Spend (FITS).* Process market data adds, changes, transfers, and terminations while maintaining complete audit trails.* Review, validate, reconcile, allocate, and coordinate payment of vendor invoices, resolving discrepancies with vendors, Finance, and internal stakeholders.* Support monthly accruals, spend reporting, and budget tracking activities.* Reconcile vendor entitlement reports against internal records and identify opportunities for optimization.* Produce operational reporting, forecasting and metrics related to inventory, spending, and vendor activity.* Partner with Vendor Management peers during contract renewals by validating inventory, usage, and billing information.* Maintain documentation of data sources, workflows, and governance processes.* Manage and support exchange audits and compliance queries.
