Job description

We are seeking a Vendor Management Analyst to support our growing consulting team. In this role, you’ll help manage vendor relationships across categories such as market data, IT, and professional services. You’ll assist relationship managers in maintaining accurate records, resolving invoice and contract issues. As part of a management consulting firm, you’ll work across multiple clients, gaining exposure to a variety of projects and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain vendor and contract inventory, tracking terms, pricing, and renewals.
• Support invoice review, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Assist with vendor onboarding, due diligence, and performance tracking.
• Communicate with vendors and clients to gather documentation and resolve requests.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to support account managers and clients.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills; comfort with data management tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.

This is an entry‑level role with room to grow into specialist or service lead positions. You’ll develop vendor management expertise while building relationships across multiple industries and clients.

This position operates in a professional home office environment. This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

Compensation:

This is an entry‑level role with a good faith salary compensation between $42,500.00 – $50,000.00 annually. Actual compensation is guided by various factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a company match along with vacation and sick days.

Type of Position and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full‑time position with normal Monday through Friday business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
