Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services seeks a detail-oriented vendor oversight professional to manage an existing network of third-party providers. You will monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines, escalate issues, and maintain the vendor management system with timely updates.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, plus experience in financial services or mortgage operations.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate ability to work independently in a regulated environment.
• Experience in financial services, mortgage servicing, auditing, or compliance is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a network of third-party service providers and monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Review vendor documentation and track annual reviews and contracts milestones.
• Escalate issues to leadership as needed and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain timely communications with vendors and internal teams; produce status updates and reports.
• Ensure the vendor management system reflects current documents and notifications.
• Support due diligence for new vendors and onboarding processes as required.
