Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Vendor Oversight Specialist to oversee a network of third‑party service providers, monitor policy and regulatory compliance, and escalate issues to leadership as needed. The role starts at $24–$27/hour and requires strong attention to detail and communication.

You will monitor vendor documents, maintain the vendor management system, and coordinate inquiries, audits, and onboarding to support mortgage servicing operations in the United States.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently in a regulated environment.
• Experience in financial services or vendor management preferred.
• Strong documentation and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor documentation for annual reviews and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and track vendor compliance documents throughout the oversight lifecycle.
• Escalate compliance issues to leadership when needed.
• Maintain vendor management system and timely notifications.
• Coordinate vendor invoices and onboarding of new providers.
• Respond to site audit exceptions and remediation tracking.
