Job summary

Global Channel Managementinc is seeking a Sr. Vendor Compliance Analyst to oversee and improve vendor compliance processes. You will analyze chargeback data, ensure adherence to retailer routing guides, and collaborate with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in vendor compliance, proficiency in Excel/Access, knowledge of EDI, and a degree in business administration. Prior experience with major Big Box retailers is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in vendor compliance.
• Experience with retailer compliance requirements, routing guides and vendor violation processes.
• Analytical, inquisitive, and deadline-driven problem solving.
• Advanced Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) and Access.
• Basic knowledge of EDI transactions.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
• Previous compliance experience with major Big Box retailer.

Responsibilities

• Capture and analyze key chargeback data across sources weekly/monthly.
• Report on operational performance and drive data-driven solutions to reduce chargebacks using Excel and PowerPoint.

• 2+ years experience with vendor compliance
• Experience with major retailer compliance requirements, routing guides, and vendor violation processes
• Inquisitive, analytical and innovative approach to problem solving and capitalizing on opportunities in a timely manner and meet deadlines
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel (macros, pivots, lookups, etc).

• Previous compliance experience working with major Big box retailer

• Capture and analyze key chargeback data points across multiple sources on a weekly/monthly basis
• Report on operational performance and collaborate with key stake holders to drive data-driven solutions, improve performance, and reduce chargebacks using advance Excel and PowerPoint tools.
