Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is recruiting a Vendor Compliance Analyst Design Assistant to join our Houston distribution team. You will monitor vendor compliance with routing, delivery, packaging, and ASN requirements and drive corrective actions to improve performance and reduce disruption.

You will develop vendor scorecards, manage chargebacks, and collaborate with Supply Chain and Retail Operations to ensure consistent execution of compliance expectations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Vendor Compliance, Supply Chain, Transportation, Distribution, or Retail Operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with vendors and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vendor compliance with routing, delivery, packaging, labeling, and ASN requirements.
• Manage vendor chargebacks, including assessment, documentation, dispute resolution, and recovery.
• Develop and maintain vendor performance scorecards and operational reports.
• Identify trends and root causes of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain and enforce the Vendor Routing Guide and compliance guidelines.
