Job summary

PepsiCo seeks an entry-level technician focused on training and skill development to install, set up, repair and maintain vending, cooling and fountain equipment at customer accounts. You will diagnose issues, determine repairs, and perform preventative maintenance while working independently with frequent customer contact.

You may lift 20–45 pounds repeatedly and handle machines weighing 800–1200 pounds. Pepsi Pro certification is required within the designated timeframe to ensure safe,

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• CDL may be required depending on location.
• Pass DOT Physical and DOT Road-test if required.
• Adhere to DOT Regulations.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on vending, cooling and fountain equipment.
• Unload and reload with products as necessary.
• Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep.
• Install equipment and connect lines, water, and drains.
• Fill and adjust mixtures in equipment.
• Drive to locations and assess/perform repair work.
• Maintain inventory on service truck and documentation on e-pad.
• Establish positive relationships with customers during service calls.
