Qualifications

• Customer-focused with excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow-up efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record per dealership policy.

Responsibilities

• Be outgoing, friendly and professional with strong customer service and follow-up.
• Educate guests on vehicle purchase, acquisition, upgrade or selling current vehicle.
• Generate new business and leverage existing customers to upgrade or sell vehicles.
• Use strong decision-making and active listening to meet customer needs.
• Maintain good phone skills; average daily calls exceed 50.
• Use CRM and online systems to monitor and follow up with customers.
