Responsibilities

• Be outgoing, friendly and professional with strong customer service and follow-up.
• Educate guests on vehicle purchase, acquisition, upgrade or selling current vehicle.
• Generate new business and leverage existing customers to upgrade or sell vehicles.
• Use strong decision-making and active listening to meet customer needs.
• Maintain good phone skills; average daily calls exceed 50.
• Use CRM and online systems to monitor and follow up with customers.

• Educating guest on the options available through Vehicle purchase, acquisition and upgrade or selling their current vehicle.
• Generate new and utilize existing customer base to build value in an opportunity to upgrade or sell their current vehicle.
• Use strong decision-making and active listening skills to think progressively about customer needs and service.
• Must have good phone skills and communication, average daily calls exceed 50 per day.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily and various other online systems to monitor, track and follow up with.
