Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Greets customers on the service drive and performs a needs analysis.
• Assesses customers' desire to trade-in and identifies vehicle type and features.
• Presents trade-in offers based on vehicle history and market value.
• Encourages upgrades to new or used vehicles from the dealership.
• Updates customer records and trade-in data in the CRM system.
