Job summary

Holman, Leith Volkswagen of Cary, seeks a Vehicle Exchange Coordinator to greet customers, analyze trade-in needs and present offers. You will assess trade-in eligibility, document customer preferences in our CRM, and support sales consultants with accurate appraisals.

Experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with office technology are required. This role emphasizes excellent customer interaction and data integrity in a busy service drive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with CRM systems and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on service drive and perform needs analysis.
• Assess customer's desire to trade in their current vehicle.
• Identify and qualify potential trade-in vehicles.
• Present trade-in offers based on history and market value.
• Encourage upgrades to new or used vehicles from the dealership.
• Update customer records and trade-in data in CRM.
