Mercedes-Benz of Des Moines is hiring a Vehicle Exchange Coordinator to boost used car inventory by identifying acquisition and upgrade opportunities. You will guide customers through the exchange process with a focus on exceptional service, even if you have no prior dealership experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer-facing roles, are comfortable with outbound calls, and are organized with a tech-savvy mindset. Training is provided, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, sales, telemarketing, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Must be comfortable with making outbound phone calls.
• Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Strong organizational skills and tech-savvy mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium customer experience by responding to in-store and online vehicle exchange inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Use store software to appraise vehicles and negotiate price with customer, collaborating with Sales Team and Used Car Manager to facilitate exchange process.
• Own customer communication and follow-up by scheduling appointments and making outbound calls.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and also independently as needed.
