AFC in Carmel, IN is seeking a Title Specialist to act as the primary contact for vehicle titles and post-sale activity. You will verify accuracy, ensure compliance with policies and laws, and provide weekly reports to consignors. On-site role with standard 9am-6pm EST hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in title work.
• Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and time management.
• Conflict resolution and problem solving abilities.
• Notary license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist Title Clerks with title processing.
• Prepare weekly title reports for consignors.
• Handle title processing to meet SLAs.
• Scan titles into electronic format and ship via FedEx.
• Ensure titles are delivered to the correct dealer/buyer.
