Cox Automotive Inc. is hiring a Title Specialist I to accurately process vehicle titles and resolve issues by verifying information, staying current with title laws, and coordinating with clients and regulatory agencies.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, and requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Beneficial experience with vehicle titling and notary is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Generally, less than 2 years of experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Strong communication and customer service.
• Sitting and standing for extended periods.
• Light lifting of 10 lbs or less.
• Extensive detail handwritten and computer work.

Responsibilities

• Review titles for negotiability, sign and reassign titles for sellers and buyers.
• Complete application for new title on behalf of clients as needed.
• Facilitate lien perfection on NextGear Capital financed collateral when required.
• Release a NextGear Capital lien on collateral that has been paid in full according to policy.
• Answer communications from clients on title questions.
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
