The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with strong data handling, policy interpretation, and cash handling skills. It includes processing vehicle registrations, plates, and related records while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience with PC and mainframe database systems.
• Experience recording, compiling, summarizing, and analyzing data.
• Experience examining titles and reviewing information for compliance with laws and regulations.
• Experience explaining policies and balancing a cash drawer.

Mansioni

• Assist customers with vehicle registrations, title transactions, and NC credentials issuance.
• Apply NC statutes, policies, and procedures for motor vehicle titles/registrations.
• Issue official, special, and personalized license plates per requirements.
• Process requests for crash reports and provide access to records per privacy guidelines.
• Accept and process payments for driver license penalties, fees, and transactions.
• Provide accurate, courteous service while ensuring compliant transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
