• Ability to explain and interpret policies and programs; balance a cash drawer.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle registrations and title transactions.
• Apply NC statutes, policies, and procedures related to titles and registrations.
• Issue official and personalized license plates per requirements.
• Process requests for reports and provide access to records while protecting privacy.
• Accept and process payments for penalties, fees, and transactions.
• Deliver courteous, accurate service and ensure compliant transactions.
