Job summary

Joe Myers Toyota in Houston seeks a detail-oriented Vehicle Inventory Specialist to support title, registration, inventory, and sales processing. The role ensures paperwork is accurate, timely, and compliant, collaborating with F&I, Sales, Accounting, and Inventory departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information while working across departments to maintain precise records and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling vehicle paperwork.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities for processing documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax, title, registration, and other vehicle transfer documents.
• Submit required documents to the DMV and relevant authorities.
• Create and maintain stock cards for vehicles and ensure accurate inventory data.
• Review and process vehicle paperwork from F&I and Sales departments.
• Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
• Record vehicle sales and purchases in the accounting/inventory system.
• Maintain vehicle inventory control information and files.
• Ensure customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
