Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stock in newly received vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Verify VINs, stock numbers, mileage, vehicle descriptions, and other information.
• Enter vehicle information into the dealership's computer system.
• Process PB units and ensure all required information is recorded.
• Inspect vehicles on arrival and report discrepancies or damage to management.
• Ensure vehicle paperwork and documentation are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Detail, and other departments regarding new vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory.
• Assist with locating and moving vehicles within the dealership.
• Ensure vehicles are properly identified and placed in the correct inventory location.
• Assist with inventory audits and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain an organized and efficient work area.
• Follow all dealership policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
