Joe Myers Toyota is seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Inventory Specialist to support title, registration, inventory, and sales processing. The role ensures accurate, timely paperwork in compliance with requirements, and collaboration with F&I, Sales, Accounting, and Inventory teams.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax, title, registration, and other vehicle transfer documents.
• Submit required legal transfer and registration documents to the DMV.
• Prepare stock cards for new and used vehicles.
• Receive, review, and process vehicle paperwork from the F&I Department.
• Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
• Post vehicle sales and purchases into the dealership's accounting/inventory system.
• Enter and maintain vehicle inventory control information.
• Report new vehicle sales to the manufacturer in a timely and accurate manner.
• Order new vehicles through the manufacturer's computer system.
• Prepare and maintain trade-in vehicle jackets and related documentation.
• Review vehicle files to ensure all required documents are complete and properly maintained.
• Ensure customer names, addresses, and other pertinent information are accurate and updated.
