Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years retail experience required.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with vehicle technology questions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle technology questions in person, by email, and by phone.
• Explain features, benefits, and services to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and inquiries in CRM.
• Support sales team to deliver a world-class car-buying experience.
