You will help customers with vehicle technology questions by email, phone, and in person to ensure owners get the most out of their vehicles, while upholding our values-driven, team-oriented culture and focusing on a world-class car-buying experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Previous retail or dealership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle technology questions via email, phone, and in person to ensure a world-class experience.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and value to customers using various communication channels.
• Maintain accurate customer files and utilize CRM and lead management tools.
