Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; and one to two year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior retail experience is required.
• Familiarity with CRM/lead management tools and MS Office Suite is preferred.
• Prior dealership/retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle technology questions by email, phone, and in person to ensure owners get the most out of their vehicles.
• Explain and demonstrate features, benefits, and value of vehicles to customers.
