Job summary

Insight Global in Renton, WA seeks a Supervisor to lead the Vehicle Support Center across North America and India, guiding 20+ VSC Specialists. You will manage daily operations, coaching, onboarding, and performance management while driving improvements in response times, quality, and dealer technician productivity.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, business, or related field, with 3+ years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field required.
• 3+ years of related professional experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Technical skills and ability to understand complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, and performance management skills.
• Advanced ability utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to gather and analyze data, identify opportunities and deliver improvements.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment with changing schedules and requirements.
• Six Sigma process knowledge required.
• Experience in powertrain/vehicle diagnostics and software is preferred.
• Understanding of TCS365, RMI, PVP, and DAVIE4 is preferred.

• Lead the Vehicle Support Center and 20+ specialists across NA and India.
• Manage daily team operations, coaching, onboarding, and performance management.
• Oversee operational reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Improve response times, QA, and dealer technician productivity.
