Job summary

PACCAR is seeking a Vehicle Support Center Supervisor based in Renton, WA. You will lead a world-class technical support team across three strategic locations, driving operational excellence and maximizing dealer uptime.

You’ll manage daily operations, optimize response times and quality metrics, and partner with cross-functional teams to reduce repair times and improve throughput. Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field is required; MBA is desired.
• 3+ years of related professional experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Six Sigma process knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop employees to maximize performance while maintaining training, certifications, and regulatory standards.
• Support onboarding, training, and career development programs for VSC Specialists.
• Track, evaluate, and report daily, monthly, and annual performance metrics.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve vehicle diagnostics, support processes, and dealer technician efficiency.
• Oversee creation, review, updating, and publication of knowledge-base articles and standard work instructions.
