Job summary

PACCAR Parts’ 24/7/365 Vehicle Support Center in Renton, Washington is hiring a Supervisor to lead a world-class technical support team. You will manage 20+ VSC Specialists across three locations, driving performance and vehicle uptime for our dealer network.

In this leadership role, you’ll develop teammates, track metrics, and partner with cross-functional leaders to reduce repair times and improve diagnostics. A strong technical background and Six Sigma knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of related professional experience; previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in powertrain/vehicle diagnostics and software technical experience preferred.
• Technical skills and ability to understand complex electrical and mechanical systems with the ability to identify customer needs and transform them into solutions.
• Six Sigma process knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop employees to maximize performance while ensuring departmental training requirements, certifications, and regulatory standards are maintained.
• Track, evaluate, and report daily, monthly, and annual performance metrics.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with PACCAR divisions to improve vehicle diagnostics, support processes, and dealer technician efficiency.
• Oversee the creation, review, updating, and publication of knowledge-base articles and standard work instructions.
