Qualifications

• Ability to gather and analyze data, identify opportunities and deliver improvements.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment with changing schedules and requirements.
• Six Sigma process knowledge required.
• Experience in powertrain/vehicle diagnostics and software is preferred.
• Understanding of TCS365, RMI, PVP, and DAVIE4 is preferred.

This Supervisor will lead the Vehicle Support Center and support more than 20 VSC Specialists across North America and India. This individual will manage daily team operations while overseeing employee coaching and development, onboarding, performance management, operational reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role will focus on improving response times, quality assurance, operational efficiency, vehicle diagnostics, support processes, and dealer technician productivity. This person will partner with cross-functional leadership while working Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Pacific Time.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field required, MBA desired.3+ years of experience of related professional experience; previous supervisory experience preferred.Technical skills and ability to understand complex electrical and mechanical systems with the ability to identify customer needs and transform them into solutions.Exceptional communication, both verbally and written, with various levels of stakeholders within and outside of the organization.Demonstrated leadership, project management, and performance management skills.Advanced ability utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to gather and analyze data, identify areas of opportunity and deliver improvements.Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment with changing schedules and requirementsSix Sigma process knowledge requiredPrevious experience in powertrain diagnostics, vehicle diagnostics, and software technical experience preferred.Comprehensive understanding systems like TCS365, RMI, PVP, and DAVIE4 preferred
