Stellantis in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Software (SW) Platform Pilot to own and manage all aspects of SW delivery for a vehicle program. You’ll create a SW delivery plan, align with stakeholders, and ensure features meet requirements on time.

You will drive feature readiness, plan validations, track issues in GIMS, and coordinate delivery to plants and SOP. This role demands strong PM and automotive software validation experience.

Qualificações

• Executing full V-cycle including SW specifications, development and testing.
• Planning for the development of automotive software features, including deliverable definition, scheduling, and milestone alignment.
• 2 years of experience in project or program management.
• Tracking software issue documentation, and corrective action development/validation loops.
• Performing software configuration (sub system, system or vehicle level) or Wave planning.
• 8 years of experience in automotive product validation or design.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage all aspects of SW delivery for a vehicle program, ensuring requirements are met on time.
• Create and manage a SW delivery plan; align with key stakeholders; build a living Feature Readiness Assessment.
• Prioritize features into deliverable packages and oversee validation plans.
• Coordinate post-X0 delivery and ensure SW maturity for plant builds/SOP; track defects in GIMS.
• Drive external and internal SW delivery planning to maintain platform timing and vehicle milestones.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
