Systems Technology Group, Inc. (STG) is seeking a Software Controls Engineer/Program Manager for a large Ford Racing-related vehicle program in Michigan. The role requires cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Studio, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Finance to drive milestones and issue resolution.

Strong emphasis on ECRs, BOM reconciliation, and change control is essential. Ideal candidates will have Ford experience, low-volume performance vehicle understanding, and a proven track

Qualifications

3-5 years in automotive program management, product development, or engineering release.
Experience managing engineering change notifications (ECNs) and change requests (CRs).
Experience aligning financial data with engineering BOMs.
Demonstrated tracking of production inventory to minimize obsolescence during switchovers.

Responsibilities

Owns program milestones, decisions and deliverables to support launches and ongoing production.
Collaborates cross-functionally with Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Launch teams to meet milestones.
Leads meetings and ensures adherence to change-control processes and ECNs/CRs.
Prepares ECRs for review and understands Ford-specific program development and supply-chain processes.
