FEV North America, Inc. is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead end-to-end automotive software development programs, including SDV, ADAS, and platform software.

You will oversee engineering teams across multiple domains, drive architecture reviews, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and experience coordinating customer-facing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in automotive software development.
• Experience leading engineering teams or technical organizations.
• Strong knowledge of embedded software development using C/C++.
• Familiarity with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and automotive cybersecurity concepts.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing engineering projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead software development activities throughout the complete product lifecycle from concept through production and post-launch support.
• Oversee software engineering, system integration, verification, validation, and release management activities.
• Manage engineering teams supporting SDV development programs, EE Architecture and Software Development programs, and ADAS software development, integration, and vehicle-level testing.
• Drive software architecture reviews, technical reviews, integration strategies, and software release planning.
• Support development activities involving AUTOSAR, Embedded Linux, RTOS, C/C++, model-based development, vehicle networking, and cloud-connected vehicle technologies.
