Job summary

FEV Group is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead automotive software programs across the full product lifecycle, from concept through production and post-launch support.

You will oversee software engineering, system integration, verification and release management, and mentor teams across SDV, ADAS, and embedded platforms, while ensuring ASPICE, ISO 26262 and cybersecurity compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in automotive software development.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development across the full product lifecycle from concept through production and post-launch support.
• Oversee software engineering, integration, verification, validation, and release management activities.
• Manage engineering teams supporting SDV, EE Architecture, ADAS, embedded/software platform projects, vehicle integration and validation.
• Drive software architecture reviews, integration strategies, and release planning.
• Support development activities involving AUTOSAR, Embedded Linux, RTOS, C/C++, model-based development, vehicle networking, and cloud-connected vehicle technologies.
• Promote CI/CD, test automation, requirements traceability, and configuration management best practices.
