Job summary

Waymo is seeking a senior Operations Program Leader to drive end-to-end program execution for onboarding new platform variants into validation fleets. You will manage critical paths from arrival to testing and deployment while coordinating with engineering, product, safety, and supply chain.

You’ll bridge strategy with depot realities, lead cross-functional planning, and deliver executive dashboards that highlight readiness and risks.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience leading complex technical programs or physical operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program structuring for onboarding new platform variants into validation fleets.
• Serve as the operational partner to cross-functional leadership, aligning dependencies and guiding high-level decisions.
• Bridge strategy with ground operations to unblock issues and validate processes.
• Spearhead operating plans matching demand forecasts with field realities and constraints.
• Formulate, automate, and present executive dashboards and metrics on readiness and risks.
• Partner to build capacity and forecasting frameworks to maximize validation yield and streamline workflows.
