Job summary

General Motors Corporation is seeking a Program Engineering Manager to lead the persistent validation infrastructure for software-defined vehicle platforms. You will shape HIL benches, night-regression environments, and Co-Sim assets, partnering with senior leaders to align asset readiness with platform goals.

The role requires strong leadership, high-level program management, and expertise in hardware/software integration for vehicle programs. Hybrid work at Warren MI or Milford MI is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years engineering experience.
• Experience with hardware/software integration and validation infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement persistent HIL and physical-validation strategy.
• Collaborate with PEMs to integrate asset readiness into platform execution plans.
• Lead cross-functional governance for bench BOM, asset readiness, and lifecycle management.
