Job summary

Delta Leasing LLC is seeking a Service Writer to support the Service Department by managing work orders, warranty claims, and timely billing. The role requires strong organization, technical aptitude, and excellent customer service to keep service operations running smoothly.

You will maintain service records, update customer profiles, communicate with technicians and clients by phone, email, and in person, and ensure accurate documentation across the workflow.

Qualifications

• Clear written and spoken communication.

• Experience with service software or maintenance software is preferred.
• Ability to write and analyze routine reports and correspondence.
