Responsibilities

• Administer warranty service and claims processes to support dealer relationships.
• Receive, schedule, and coordinate service requests; fax/forward warranty documents as needed.
• Maintain logs of expenditures and submit monthly reports; file paperwork for each service call.
• Oversee duties of service technicians and monitor vehicle/equipment condition and readiness.
• Assist Quality Assurance and other admin staff as needed; perform other duties as assigned.
