Qualifications

• Proficiency with standard service software to manage work orders and records.
• Experience with vehicle/mechanical maintenance terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open, track, and close work orders per requirements.
• Process warranty claims and billable labor with follow-ups.
• Maintain up-to-date service documentation and records.
• Ensure timely submission of work orders with proper documentation.
• Update customer profiles with hours, history, and data.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspace per safety policies.
• Communicate with customers, technicians, and management by phone, email, and in-person.
