Qualifications

• Smart, energetic personality and hard-working.
• Experience in customer service and delivering an exceptional experience.
• Sales experience (inside, outside, or retail) is a plus.
• Knowledge of automotive service departments.
• Must have or be able to acquire required certifications.
• Basic MS Office and general computer/internet proficiency.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver license with a clean record.
• Reliable work history and ability to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries.
• Perform vehicle walk-around and document concerns for technicians.
• Consult with customers on service specials.
• Prioritize services and provide options.
• Document declines and note future service follow-ups.
• Keep customers informed on completion times and costs.
• Ensure smooth handover of vehicle to customer after service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries.
• Build relationships with customers.
• Know vehicle products well to answer questions.
