Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of Service Advisor or high-level customer service experience preferred.
• Automotive knowledge strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a high-volume environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong ownership mentality.
• Comfortable making decisions and adapting quickly.
• Computer proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
